I'm Azan, and I run Quick Site Builds. I'm the person responsible for the information you share with me. The only way to reach me is WhatsApp, on +44 7723 372074.

The form at See your price asks which package sounds like you, what your business does, what you want the site to do, and anything else you want to tell me. If you mention your business name or contact details in your answers, those are included too. The form doesn't ask for your name, email address or phone number.

Your answers are saved in your own browser as you type, so you don't lose them if you close the page. They stay on your device. Nothing is sent to me until you choose to send it.

Pressing "Send this to Azan" opens WhatsApp with your answers already written out. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. When you do, I see your answers, your phone number and the name on your WhatsApp profile.

From then on our messages go through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.

The words, photos, logos and anything else you send me for a build are used only to build and look after that site. I don't use them for anything else and I don't share them with anyone. They appear on your website, because that's the point, but nowhere else.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address and the type of browser you use, and keeps short-lived logs of requests.

This site doesn't set any cookies of its own and doesn't use any analytics, so nothing tracks you from page to page. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that you're a person and not a bot. The font is served from this site, not from Google.

Your answers in the price form stay in your browser until you clear them or press "Start over". Our WhatsApp messages and the files you send me, I keep while I'm building your site and for as long as I'm looking after it, so I can make your changes. If we don't go ahead, or you'd simply like them gone, message me and I'll delete them.

I use your information to give you a price and to build the site you've asked for. In data protection terms, that's taking steps towards, and then carrying out, a contract with you.

Under UK data protection law, the UK GDPR, you can ask me:

• what information I hold about you, and for a copy of it
• to correct anything that's wrong
• to delete it
• to stop using it, or to limit how I use it
• to send it to you in a format you can take elsewhere

To ask, message me on WhatsApp. There's no charge, and I'll reply within a month.

If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator. I'd appreciate the chance to put it right first, but you don't have to come to me before going to them.
