If the business is just you, pick Just you. That's one page with what you do and how to reach you. If you're a small shop, salon or cafe, pick Starting out. That's three pages and a contact form. If you need people to book or pay on the site, pick Established. Not sure? Pick the closest one. You can switch at any point in the form and keep your answers.

After you've seen the finished site. Never before, on any of the three. Nothing is taken up front, so there's nothing to refund. If I'm late, or you don't like it, you don't pay. You just walk away.

A web address, like yourname.co.uk, costs about £10 to £15 a year. You buy it in your own name so it's always yours. I'll send you simple steps and connect it for you at no charge. Hosting, the computer your site lives on, is free. I put it on Cloudflare at no cost to you. No web address yet? The site can go live on a free one first.

Online shops with lots of products, sites people log into, and anything bigger than eight pages. I don't design logos either. If you need one of those, say so in the form and I'll give you a separate price.

Every site gets the basics Google looks for: a clear title, a quick load, and it works on phones. The SEO extra (£15, included on Established) goes further. It adds a short description for Google, a list of your pages for Google to read, and a preview picture for when people share your link. Nobody can promise you'll be top of Google, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

WhatsApp opens with your answers already written, and you press send. That puts you in the queue. I reply within a few hours to confirm your price. Your slot is confirmed when you send me your words and photos, because that's what I need to start. Then I build it, send you a link, and you tell me what to change. Prefer email? That works too, it's just slower.

Your business name, the words you want (rough notes are fine, I'll tidy them), any photos or a logo, and how people should contact you. No photos yet? I'll use plain stand-in pictures you can swap later.

When you send me your words and photos, on all three. You'll see it within 24 hours on Just you and Starting out, or 48 on Established. Usually sooner.

Tell me plainly what's wrong. Just you includes fixes for obvious mistakes. Starting out includes one round of changes, and Established two. A round means you send me one list of everything you want changed. Need another round? It's £20.

I build each one myself. I'd rather do three properly than ten badly. It's also how I can promise you'll see it within a day and mean it.

Once you've seen the finished site and you're happy, I send you a secure payment link for the full price. Prices are in pounds and any card works, wherever you are. Until it's paid, the site stays on my hosting at a temporary address, so you can look at it and share it. Once the payment clears, I move it to your own web address.

Add the admin panel (£50) and you can change the words and photos yourself, no code. Without it, send me a list of changes and I'll make them, from £20.

You do. Once it's paid for, you get all the site's files and the login for where it lives. You can move it anywhere. You're never tied to me and there's no monthly fee.

If your words and photos don't arrive, your slot goes to the next person. Nothing has been paid, so you lose nothing. Send them whenever you're ready and I'll pick it up in the next free slot.
